“Buraydah” book was published to celebrate the Buraydah city’s designation as a UNESCO Creative City in the field of gastronomy, offering a visual and intellectual documentation that captures the city’s richness. The book takes the reader on a five-day journey through Buraydah, a journey that blends visual beauty with intellectual depth, showcasing the city’s culinary arts, their cultural significance, and their dimensions that reveal important aspects of the region’s cultural, social, and historical heritage.
